To faithfully record the people God brings and the gifts they offer, so both can be used for God's glory.
Aim

Count the total number of people
Bring forward the cash offerings for prayer in the service

Record both in the relevant places
Details
During the service
After the offertory song (third song), bring the red offering bag to the front.
The minister will pray for the offering (including online giving).After the service
Find another person (for accountability).
Count the cash together.
Write the amount on the Cash Offerings Sheet, and follow the instructions on the left side.Attendance count
Count the total number of people in the service.
Record the number in the Service Register under “Attendances: Number.”
The minister will record the number who took communion.Put everything away
Place the Cash Offerings Sheet and Service Register together in the top drawer in the office drawers, and the offerings bag or plate back inside the church.
